Privacy Policy

At Mindly: Memory & Match, developed by Starky Omar Torres Escobedo, protecting the privacy of our users is a top priority. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use the app, how it is used, and your rights regarding your data.

No Account Required

Mindly: Memory & Match does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information to play. All game progress, settings, and preferences (such as language and audio settings) are stored locally on your device by default. We do not collect, store, or have access to this information on any server.

If you choose to sign in with Google Play Games (see below), some of your game progress may additionally be stored in your Google Account to enable cloud save across devices. This is optional and controlled entirely by your existing Google Account settings.

Google Play Games Services (Cloud Save)

Mindly: Memory & Match integrates with Google Play Games Services to let you sign in with your Google Play Games profile and back up your game progress to the cloud, so it can be restored if you reinstall the app or switch to a new device. This feature is provided and operated by Google, not by us.

When you sign in with Google Play Games, the following data may be accessed or stored:

Your Google Play Games public profile (display name and profile picture)
Your saved game data (level progress, stars, unlocked content, and settings such as language and whether ads have been removed)

This data is stored in your Google Account's saved games storage and is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. We do not have our own servers and cannot access this data outside of what Google Play Games Services provides to the app while you are signed in. You can manage or delete this data at any time from your Google Account's Play Games settings, and signing in is entirely optional — the game remains fully playable using only local, on-device storage if you prefer not to sign in.

In-App Purchases (Google Play Billing)

Mindly: Memory & Match offers a single optional one-time purchase ("Remove Ads") processed through Google Play Billing. All payment information (such as card details) is handled entirely by Google Play and is never seen, collected, or stored by us.

To verify and restore your purchase (for example, after reinstalling the app), the app communicates with Google Play Billing to check whether the ad-removal product has already been purchased on your Google account. We do not receive or store any billing or payment details ourselves — only a confirmation of whether the purchase is active, which is used locally to disable ads in the app.

Advertising Data (Google AdMob)

Mindly: Memory & Match displays advertisements through Google AdMob. The Google Mobile Ads SDK automatically collects and shares the following data for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention purposes:

IP address (used to estimate approximate location)
User interactions with the app (such as taps and ad views)
Diagnostic information (such as app launch time and crash data)
Device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID and App Set ID)

This data is collected and processed by Google, not by us directly. You can learn more about how Google handles this data, and how to opt out of personalized advertising, in the Google Ads Policy. You can also reset or delete your Android Advertising ID at any time from your device's settings.

Data Protection

Since Mindly: Memory & Match does not operate its own servers, we do not directly hold personal data or payment information. Advertising data is handled by Google as described above, cloud save data (if you choose to sign in) is stored in your own Google Account under Google's security practices, and purchase verification is handled entirely by Google Play Billing. All of this is governed by Google's own privacy and security practices, as described in their privacy policy.

Children's Privacy

Mindly: Memory & Match includes a "Kids" mode designed to be appropriate for young children, with content limited to simple images (animals, fruits, vehicles, and similar themes) and no user-generated content, chat, or social features. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Advertising shown to users is subject to Google's Families policies where applicable.

Signing in with Google Play Games and making purchases both require a Google Account and are intended to be set up and managed by a parent or adult account holder, not directly by children. Neither feature is required to play any part of the app, including Kids mode.

Third-Party Services

Mindly: Memory & Match integrates the following third-party services, all provided by Google:

Google AdMob — to display advertisements within the app.
Google Play Games Services — to enable optional sign-in and cloud save of game progress.
Google Play Billing — to process the optional one-time "Remove Ads" purchase.

We do not use analytics SDKs, social login, or any other third-party service beyond those listed above.
